sianz. i've been headache towards the end of the day for the past few days. at first i thought i did not have enough sleep due to the terrible weekend (long story) but today i had 8 hours of sleep which is quite a lot and yet, i still have headache.. i think it is because i have not eat fish for ages!! :((((
