heh. blogging frm vietnam now.

let me just talk abt the past few days before i 'escaped' from singapore to thai. i had been rushing my NTU ADM portfolio like crazy. that day before i'm suppose to hand it in, i slept only at 6 am and woke at 7.30am. it is really 'zao3 sui4 zao3 qi3'. then i only started packing on that night. next day i met Roy at airport. i asked him help me buy memory cards several months ago and i nv remind him anymore since then. luckily, i saw him and gave him a confirmation. =)

In thailand....
I went to Bangkok instead of Chiangmai (which i thought we were going) and stayed there for 4 days. went to shopping for 2 days. the things that i bought are nice but not so 'wow' type - not very cheap. i guess it is because the prices are over my expectation. i saw a bag and a wallet with a mini-cooper printed on them nicely. but the prices are more than what i'm willing to pay. hence, i never really enjoy the shopping. also, i went with my uncle.. dont really want to let them wait.. sign. haha. i went to floating market, river kwai and a temple for sight-seeing. i enjoy that a lot as i finally have a chance to go to the places that i always see in magazine and books. ^^

In vietnam....
It is a heaven to me as compared to thailand. the temperature here is around 25 degree celsius while it is about 35 degree in thailand. a hell lot of difference. in thailand, it is even warmer than in singapore. just imagine.. haha.. i reached Hanoi only yesterday. we merely walked around and had a nice dinner over here. actually, my mum and i had a chance to visit Halong Bay, which i would love to go as well. but, it is quite expensive as compared to last year's prices. i'm not so sure about the reason that alter the prices.. so we are not going there anymore. i feel a bit regretful for this.. oh welll.. next time perhaps. :] we'll go to sapa first! my train is at about 2 hours later! the journey is around 8 hours.. zzzz.. thereafter, we'll then go Nan Lin (China) where I'll shop again... LOL.

I'm not sure if you will read my blog while i'm away. but i have not bought your things yet. =x OOPS~~~ Coach is not at all popular in both vietnam and thailand. i saw the 'scarf' in thailand. but it is at about 20 sing dollar. NOT CHEAP AT ALL. what about gucci? there are original-gucci-look-alike bags around. haha. there are also many scarfs in vietnam. none of them is the one you want. haha. but i'm getting a few back. i doubt i'll find the same variety back in s'pore. maybe you dont feel despair first. Nan Lin may sell them. it is CHINA after all. hahaha..

so far, i have not taken very nice photos yet... however, i'm very sure that Sapa will provide me with lots of them. no worries.

oh ya, i'm going to get crumpler bag here. it is cheap and that person claim that it is 'original'.
